Overnight Rolls

2 pkg yeast
½ cup lukewarm water
3 eggs well beaten
½ cup sugar
½ cup butter (1 stick)
2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
4 ½ cups flower


Cooking Instructions
1. Dissolve yeast in ½ cup water;
2. Beat eggs;
3. Add sugar, butter, 1 cup water, salt, 2 ½ cups flour
4. Add yeast and beat;
5. Add rest of mix.
6. Dough will be soft. Cover let rise I warm place until doubles in bulk.
7. Punch down cover and put in cooler overnight.
8. Pan up 3 hours before baking
9. Back at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
